ping
This command is used to verify connectivity on the network.
Syntax ping [-s] host
Defaults None.

Usage Ping another device on the network to ensure connectivity on the network.
Examples Ping 192.10.10.1 using the following syntax:
CLI network-admin@switch > ping 192.10.10.1
192.10.1.1 is alive
or
CLI network-admin@switch > ping 10.9.9.1
