Common Symptoms


A network problem's symptoms may vary depending on the volume and type of network traffic using the network.


However, the following are common symptoms that generally accompany network problems.


•High CPU / Memory usage.

•Insufficient cooling and/or overheating.

•Chassis LED status and alarms.

•Slow or unresponsive applications (servers).

•Loss of connectivity to the affected network.

•High link utilization or high packet drop activities.
