Common Symptoms


A network problem's symptoms may vary depending on the volume and type of network traffic using the network.


However, the following are common symptoms that generally accompany network problems.


High CPU / Memory usage.

Insufficient cooling and/or overheating.

Chassis LED status and alarms.

Slow or unresponsive applications (servers).

Loss of connectivity to the affected network.

High link utilization or high packet drop activities.
