fabric-vnic-modify

NetVisor OS allows the creation of a management interface on a Virtual Network Interface Card (vNIC) for fabric communication. In the current fabric, NetVisor allows two subnets: one for out-of-band provisioning, and fabric, and one for in-band fabric. This feature allows three subnets per fabric:

    • An out-of-band provisioning subnet
    • An out-of-band fabric subnet
    • An in-band fabric subnet

Each subnets uses a separate VLAN for traffic isolation purposes. When a vNIC is created for the management interface, fabric communication automatically switches to this vNIC, without additional configuration.
