Virtual Machine Requirements


Before installing UNUM, please verify that your ESXi environment meets UNUM requirements. 


For current support information, refer to the Hardware Requirements and Specifications table in the UNUM Product Platform datasheet.


As of the UNUM 6.0 release, the UNUM virtual machine requires VMware ESXi hypervisor version 6.7 to operate, including the free version of the ESXi license.


Please refer to the VMware™ KB article 2107518 for more information on downloading the free ESXi license.


Usage Note:

UNUM requires VMware ESXi environments.

Other virtual machine technologies (Fusion, VirtualBox, Parallels, Linux, etc.) are not tested and are unsupported in either test or production environments.
