port-storm-control-show

This command is used to display information about storm control on a port.

Storm control prevents traffic on a LAN from disruption by a broadcast, multicast, or unicast storm on a port. A LAN storm occurs when packets flood the LAN, creating excessive traffic and degrading network performance.

Syntax   port-storm-control-show  

port port-list

Specify a port or a list of ports.

Defaults   None

History   Command introduced in Version 2.2.3.

Usage   Use this command to display information about ports configured for storm control.

Examples  To display information about storm control, use the following syntax:

CLI network-admin@switch > port-storm-control-show port 11
