Receive Path Equalization on NRU03 and NRU-S0301 Platforms

Signal integrity issues are often attributed to signal conditioning errors in the transmit path resulting in compromised signal when received by the peer causing link instability and link-down conditions.  However, improper equalization on the receive side can also result in similar failures. 

To ensure such issues are not seen in the field, the hardware vendor for the NRU03 and NRU-S0301 switches has provided recommended equalization settings for optimal performance based on the port speed and transceiver/cable type. These change in settings have been implemented in NetVisor OS version 7.1.0.

Note: A similar enhancement was implemented for NRU02 platforms in NetVisor OS 6.1.1 release.
